Mom'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 11 x 7 baking pan.
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored in a medium bowl.
    Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition until mixture is fluffy.
    Stir in vanilla, melted chocolate, and margarine.
    Fold in flour, salt and 3/4 cup nuts; stir just until blended.
    Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining nuts over top.
    Bake for 18-20 minutes or until top crust is formed.
    Cool 5 minutes on wire rack.
    Cut into squares.
    While still warm, remove from pan.
