Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup of cocoa, sugar and margarine.
    Press firmly on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Beat the remaining ingredients together, except the nuts and chips. Stir in the nuts.
    Spread over the prepared crust.
    Top with chips.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
