Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans tomato sauce
    3 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. white cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    1 small bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, bell pepper, beaten egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Combine the rest of the tomato sauce and all other ingredients. Pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
