Danish Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Shred cabbage and cook in small amount of unsalted water 8 minutes.
Drain well.
Place half of cabbage in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with half of salt, pepper and paprika.
Dot with half of butter.
Add half of cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Beat eggs slightly with milk; pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
