Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. bag frozen broccoli (optional)
Preparation

Set oven temperature at 300\u00b0. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broccoli and shredded Cheddar cheese. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Place chicken mixture in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and crackers. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
