Dill Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chives, minced
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Chill.
Yields one portion.
This versatile butter is good as a topping for fresh cooked vegetables, or as a spread on crackers.
