Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients; cut in shortening until crumbly-coarse.
    Add milk and stir to form soft dough.
    Place onto lightly floured surface; knead gently for 30 seconds.
    Roll out. Cut into desired size and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven (varies as to altitude).
