Easy Oven Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper, stirring well. Combine egg and milk. Dip chops in egg mixture and dredge in crumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle butter over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
