French Style Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced and deveined liver
    1 c. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. French dressing
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Dip liver slices into French dressing.
    Mix together flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Dredge liver in seasoned flour. Cook slowly in fat or oil until well browned.
    Turn and brown other side.
    Makes 4 servings.
