Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour together.
    Put in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle crackers over this and drizzle margarine over it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
