Oven Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    1 medium onion
    1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Trim stew meat and place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour undiluted soup over and mix together.
    Slice onion over top.
    Cover and bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour to brown.
    Serves four.
    Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
    Delicious and easy!
