Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. grated sharp cheese
Ragu spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Form small balls out of mixture. Place in skillet with oil.
Fry slowly until brown.
Take out and place in casserole.
Add Ragu sauce.
Heat in oven thoroughly.
