Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 beaten eggs
    1 16 oz. can pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Stir dry ingredients together and add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
    Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 1
    1/2 hours or until loaves test for doneness.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Place bread on wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
