Shrimp Bayou - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    4 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water.
    Peel and devein shrimp. Combine oil and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Add shrimp; toss gently.
    Cover and chill mixture 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
    Yield:
    15 appetizer servings.
