Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 link smoked sausage
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 large bay leaf
2 lb. red beans
Preparation
-
Soak beans for 3 hours.
Cook for 30 minutes and pour off liquid.
Put more water in and cook until tender.
Before done, add sugar and salt.
Fry sausage after slicing it and add to beans.
Cook spices in remaining fat from sausage and add to beans.
