Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water (enough to cover ingredients)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Place chicken pieces in dish. Top with uncooked rice and onion.
    Cover with cream of chicken soup and water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
