Lo-Cal Stir-Fry Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
8 oz. unsweetened pineapple chunks
2 c. chicken, cooked or uncooked
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Pour pineapple juice in wok or frypan.
Heat; add onion, green pepper and chicken.
Cook and stir about 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, pineapple and vinegar.
Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water; add to thicken mixture.
Serve over hot rice.
Serves 4.
