Chocolate Sheath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda or sour cream
Preparation
    Substitute for buttermilk: 1/2 cup milk with 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
