Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    butter
Preparation
    Peel and seed zucchini.
    Cut into chunks or sliced.
    Cook until almost done.
    Drain, then place in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain, then add all of the ingredients and mix.
    Pour in pie shell and dot with butter.
    Top with pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
