Pepper Dye Pride Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 lb.) cut fryers
salt and pepper
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Place cut fryer pieces in shallow baking pan, 9 x 13-inch. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add stuffing.
Sprinkle over top of each piece.
Pour mushroom soup over entire area.
Put tiny piece of butter on each piece of chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
