Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all liquid in another bowl. Combine the two and mix well.
Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
