Mexican Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 jar chunky salsa
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 of the salsa.
    When thoroughly mixed together, press into 10-inch ungreased pie pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven, leaving oven on. Drain excess grease.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of pie and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve by cutting in pie wedges and spooning remaining salsa over top. Serves 4 to 6.
