Vegetable-Beef Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef
    2 c. water
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, pared and cubed
    4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf (remove before serving)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into crockery vessel.
    Cut meat into large pieces if necessary to fit into vessel.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
