Cheese-And-Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. commercial Blue cheese dressing
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
    Drain well and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
    Combine spinach mixture and remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Chill at least 30 minutes before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; serve warm.
    Yield:
    4 dozen.
