Hot Crab Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
Tabasco to taste
1 or 2 cans crabmeat, shells removed
Preparation

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Work well to blend and soften.
Adjust seasonings as desired.
Add crab carefully; spoon mixture into a small round 3-cup baking dish. Cooking time is 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
