Flaky Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Cream the Crisco and sugar lightly.
    Add yeast and remaining ingredients.
    Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into biscuits.
    Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Dough may be refrigerated for 1 week.
