Frankfurters And Potato Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 frankfurters
    4 c. thinly sliced cooked potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked string beans
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    Simmer frankfurters in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
    Arrange drained string beans in bottom of greased or oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Over the beans arrange potatoes in alternate layers with onions and sliced frankfurters.
    Cover and bake in 400\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
