Ingredients

2 oz. dry mustard
vinegar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation

To 2 ounces dry mustard add enough vinegar to equal 1 cup. Beat eggs, salt and sugar together.
Add mustard mix.
Stir.
Heat on High in microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir.
Heat on High 30 to 60 seconds.
Stir.
After cooling, refrigerate (ready to use).
