Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix, made in layers
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pkg. frozen coconut or 1 fresh coconut
Preparation

Make cake in layers according to directions on box.
Cool. Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and coconut and place between layers and on top.
Refrigerate for 4 days.
If not eaten, freeze.
