Pear Relish - cooking recipe

15 to 20 large pears, peeled and cored
2 large bell peppers, seeded
4 large banana peppers, seeded
2 hot peppers, seeded
4 large onions, peeled
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. sugar
1 Tbsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. ground celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grind pears, peppers and onion in food processor until coarse. Add everything else to this mixture and let it sit for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
It will be okay overnight.
Bring to a boil and let simmer until thick.
Pack into hot jars and process in water bath for 20 minutes after caps are adjusted.
