Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, cut in thin pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 Tbsp. butter
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cut meat into thin slices and dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
Add meat and brown lightly.
Add broth and simmer meat until tender, about 45 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
Add a little water during cooking to keep the meat tender.
Before serving, add sour cream. Serve with rice.
