Crock Pot Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    2 lbs. sirloin tip or round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
    1 c. burgundy wine
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook bacon several minutes.
    Remove bacon, set aside.
    Cut beef in 1 inch cubes.
    Coat beef with flour and brown in bacon grease.
    Combine steak, bacon dripping, cooked bacon, seasonings, bouillon, and wine in crock pot.
