Mam Mam'S Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    dash of red pepper (Mom says optional, Pop says a must!)
    cracker crumbs (as needed to hold together)
Preparation
    Saute in melted butter to brown on both sides.
    Makes 4 large cakes.
