Chocolate Chip Meringue Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, beat egg whites until stiff, beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Add vanilla. Reduce mixer to low, beat in cocoa, fold in chips.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Turn off oven, and leave cookies in oven for 2 more hours.
    Remove and store airtight.
    Makes 40 cookies, 23 calories and 1 gram fat each.
