Low-Fat Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lite vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. skim milk
    8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine pudding and milk in a medium-size bowl.
    Blend with hand mixer on medium speed.
    Add cream cheese; mix until creamy. Makes enough for 2 (9-inch) layers.
