Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 large bananas
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time.
    In separate bowl, crush bananas and add nuts.
    Mix flour, soda and salt together.
    Add all together, mixing with 1/2 cup buttermilk. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
