Old Fashioned Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed fresh ripe peaches
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine peaches with 1/3 cup sugar and almond extract; set aside.
    Combine the 1 cup sugar, salt and flour in saucepan. Blend in eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
    Add remaining milk and cook over low heat until mixture coats a metal spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
    Stir in pure vanilla extract and cream.
    Pour into a 2-quart freezer can.
    When half frozen, add peaches.
