Weight Watchers Chicken-Rice Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. chopped pimento
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill for 2 hours before serving. Garnish with lettuce and slivered almonds.
    Serves 8.
    One serving is a legal W.W. lunch.
