Buttermilk Cake(Pound) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain), sifted 6 times
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar adding eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well. Add flour with buttermilk and 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until real crusty on top.
