Chocolate Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. mint extract
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
Preparation
    Line baking sheet with wax paper; set aside.
    In small bowl heat together egg and mint extract; set aside.
    In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and Crisco, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until smooth.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
    Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
