Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. water
1 can cream-style corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes and onion in water.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in corn.
Add milk, butter and pepper.
Heat.
Do not boil.
Serves 6.
