Sausage Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick baking mix
Preparation
    Let sausage come to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients well; knead for approximately 5 minutes.
    Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Yields approximately 100 puffs.
