Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned or fresh pumpkin
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat pumpkin until well blended.
    Add sugar and flour; blend until smooth.
    Add eggs; beat until fluffy.
    Add spices and milk. Stir in butter; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
