Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 can sliced pineapple
    walnuts (optional)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together butter or margarine, sugar, almond extract, eggs and milk.
    Add the flour to the mixture and mix well.
    Put 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine in pan and sprinkle the brown sugar over the melted butter or margarine.
    Put pineapple slices, walnuts and cherries over the brown sugar.
    Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
