Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 pork chops
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place chops on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
