Sweet Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sweet peppers, including green, yellow &/or red
2 C sugar
2 C white vinegar
2 C water
4 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
8 cloves garlic, peeled (optional)
Preparation

Sterilize four 1-pint jars, leaving them covered with hot water. Wash new jar lids and cover lids with boiling water.
