Spanish Piccadilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar olives
    4 small boxes raisins
    3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop the onion, pepper and garlic.
    Fry in olive oil about 5 minutes. Add meat. Stir and cook good for 10 minutes. Add sauce, raisins, olives and tomatoes.
    Cook on low heat 40 minutes, covered.
    Serve over rice!
