Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 lb. clingstone peaches
4 c. mild vinegar
cloves
7 c. sugar
5 sticks cinnamon

Preparation

Pour boiling water over peaches.
Drain and peel them.
Place 3 cloves in each peach.
