Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten or 2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and water.
    Let set about 5 minutes.
    Add egg, flour, salt and shortening; mix well.
    Cover; let rise 45 minutes in warm place.
    Punch down; roll out dough and cut into rolls. Press rolls flat.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can be used in bread machine by putting all ingredients in machine and using lukewarm water.
