Sesame Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. olive oil (or sesame oil)
4 green onions with tops, sliced up
1/2 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
pepper
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients and put into plastic bag.
Add wings and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Later, remove wings and put onto a rack in a shallow baking pan (discard marinade).
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
